O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission held a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 15497 dated July 31, 2007, to suspend liquor licence number 801766 issued to Rejeanne’s Bar and Grill Ltd., operating as REJEANNE’S BAR AND GRILL, 700 Balmoral Drive, Unit 1, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 1X2;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of March 4, 2008, the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of April 3, 2008, the Board ordered a TEN (10) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Rejeanne’s Bar and Grill Ltd., operating as REJEANNE’S BAR AND GRILL, 700 Balmoral Drive, Unit 1, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 1X2, licence number 801766, be SUSPENDED for TEN (10) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on June 16, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on June 26, 2008.
