O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on April 11, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16049 dated February 20, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1519870 Ontario Inc. operating as RED HOUSE BAR & GRILL, 1085 O’Connor Drive, East York, Toronto, Ontario, M4B 2T5, liquor licence number 200018;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Sujin Chan, and the Licensee’s Representative, John Au, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing May 26, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure also pursuant to Rule 7.4., and specifically the Registrar’s Representative undertakes to disclose any notes of the third police officer who attended at the licensed premises on September 8, 2007, if available, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
