O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 5, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16113 dated March 13, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to Paddy O’Dea’s Inc. operating as PADDY O’DEA’S RESTAURANT, 1353 Cyrville Road, Gloucester, Ontario, K1B 3L7, liquor licence number 20776;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and Jose Adrian De La Riva Bridges, the principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing June 3, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its principal or Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
