O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on January 29, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15701 dated October 18, 2007 to suspend the licence issued to 1365136 Ontario Inc., operating as Michael’s Restaurant & Deli, 566 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2B5, licence number 24440;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of March 13, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of April 15, 2008 the Board ordered a TWENTY-ONE (21) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1365136 Ontario Inc., operating as Michael’s Restaurant & Deli, 566 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2B5, licence number 24440, be SUSPENDED for TWENTY-ONE (21) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2008 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on July 28, 2008.
