O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 2, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16016 dated February 19, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1343737 Ontario Ltd. operating as FIDDLEHEADS, 53 Herriott Street, Perth, Ontario, K7H 1T5, liquor licence number 807147;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representatives, Bryna Kaplan and Lewis Chan, and the Licensee’s Representative, Richard Knott, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing June 11, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made fourteen (14) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., fourteen (14) days before the hearing date.
