AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 2042287 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS BLURR NIGHT CLUB, 214/216 ADELAIDE STREET, TORONTO LICENCE NO. 804312
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 23, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15964 dated February 6, 2008, and NOP number 16162 dated April 4, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 2042287 Ontario Inc. operating as BLURR NIGHT CLUB, 214/216 Adelaide Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1W7, liquor licence number 804312;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 12, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and “will-says” or witness statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made fourteen (14) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., fourteen (14) days before the hearing date.
