O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on March 7, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15825 dated December 19, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to 1615046 Ontario Limited operating as PALAZZO SINCITY, 99 Peelar Road, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 1A7, liquor licence number 90788;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Karen Cosgrove, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee’s Representative undertook to advise the Registrar’s Representative of any procedural issues on or before April 15, 2008;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing May 2, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative, pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence. If witness statements are or will be available, these are to be provided pursuant to the Rule. As well, disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, is to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
