O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing on March 10, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15936 dated January 15, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1305333 Ontario Inc. operating as O’GRADY’S TAP & GRILL, 171 College Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1P7, liquor licence number 91994;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jeffrey Lieberman, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing April 2, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
