O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on August 3 and October 10, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15099 dated March 22, 2007 and a Supplementary NOP dated July 5, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Tinker’s Billiards & Bar Inc. operating as TINKER’S BILLIARDS & BAR, 17 – 19 Renfrew Avenue West, Renfrew, Ontario, K7V 2X8, licence number 805904;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of December 18, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of February 7, 2008 the Board ordered a twelve (12) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Tinker’s Billiards & Bar Inc. operating as TINKER’S BILLIARDS & BAR, 17 – 19 Renfrew Avenue West, Renfrew, Ontario, K7V 2X8, licence number 805904, be SUSPENDED for twelve (12) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on April 28, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on May 10, 2008.
