O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission ("AGCO") held a hearing on October 2, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15240 dated May 10, 2007 to suspend liquor licence number 201229 issued to 6443338 Canada Inc. operating as STONE HOUSE BAR & GRILL (THE), 3740 Carp Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K0A 1L0;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of October 26, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 29 of the Liquor Licence Act and subsections 34(1) and 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of February 26, 2008 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued 6443338 Canada Inc. operating as STONE HOUSE BAR & GRILL (THE), 3740 Carp Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K0A 1L0, licence number 201229, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on April 26, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on May 3, 2008.
