A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its decision dated July 17, 2007, the Board approved the liquor licence with 7 conditions to be attached to the licence;
AND WHEREAS on consent of the parties, the Licensee requested the Board amend condition 7 of the decision;
AND WHEREAS the amended condition is acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board AMENDS paragraph 82, condition 7, of the Board’s decision dated July 17, 2007 to read as follows:
Renovations as proposed will be completed within 9 months of the issuance of the liquor licence.
