O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on February 16, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated December 11, 2006 to suspend a licence issued to Club Paris Inc. operating as Club Paris, 9425 Leslie St., Unit 6 & 7 (Second Floor), Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 3H6;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, David Winer;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
