AMENDED ORDER
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on December 10, 2006 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated September 29, 2006 to suspend a licence issued to G Way Restaurant Services Ltd. operating as Boston Pizza, 299 Wayne Gretzky Pky., Brantford, Ontario, N3R 8A5, licence no. 810079;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Brad Alton, and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, John Vitulli;
AND WHEREAS these matters, originally scheduled for a hearing commencing March 2, 2007, have been adjourned to a date not yet set;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its counsel, shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date to be scheduled.
Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date to be scheduled.
