O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on February 9, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated December 14, 2006 to SUSPEND a licence issued to 1679319 Ontario Limited operating as C Club Karaoke & Lounge, 8261 Woodbine Avenue, Second Floor, Unit 2, Markham, Ontario, L3R 8Z5, licence number 805256;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the corporate licensee was represented by its principal, Pan Kao Chan;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing March 19, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date.
