P. GEE’S RESTAURANT AND BAR, 865 WILSON AVE, NORTH YORK, LICENCE NO. 804496
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on February 16, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated December 14, 2006 to suspend a licence and to revoke the caterer’s endorsement to the licence issued to Paralda De Consta Simpson and Fitzgerald Mills operating as P. Gee’s Restaurant and Bar, 865 Wilson Ave., North York, Ontario, M3K 1E6, licence number 804496;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Michael Taylor;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
