ANN MARY DAMICO OPERATING AS PAPA’S PIZZERIA,
8040 LUNDY’S LANE, NIAGARA FALLS,
LICENCE NO. 803357
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on February 19, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal to revoke the liquor licence dated August 16, 2006 issued to Ann Mary Damico for premises operating as Papa’s Pizzeria, 8040 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2H 1H1, licence number 803357;
AND WHEREAS the Board made findings under subsection 6(2)(d) of the Liquor Licence Act and subsection 45 (2) of the Ontario Regulation 719/90 enacted pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS the Board agrees with the Registrar’s Counsel’s assertion that an immediate revocation of the licence is the appropriate disposition in this case;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Ann Mary Damico for premises operating as Papa’s Pizzeria, 8040 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2H 1H1, licence number 803357 be REVOKED IMMEDIATELY .
