O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on February 16, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated November 14, 2006 to suspend a licence and to add conditions to the licence issued to 1556845 Ontario Ltd. operating as Charley Fitzwhiskey’s Tap and Eatery, 55 Ontario St. N., Milton, Ontario, L9T 2T2;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Howard Buckman;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing April 13, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
