The Board of the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on February 13, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposed Order of the Registrar dated November 17, 2005 to Revoke Registration and an Order dated November 17, 2005 to Immediately Suspend the registration of Enrique Leoncio Evangelista, 6235 Main St., Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2G 5A8, registration number 45610.

At the request of Mr. Wren, Registrar’s counsel, the order of immediate suspension was withdrawn. Further, the Notice of Proposed Order to revoke a registration was amended to read “Proposed Order to Suspend Registration”.

Counsel for the Registrar and the Registrant advised the Board they had reached agreement on the terms of a suspension.

THEREFORE, the Board ORDERS that the Registration issued to Enrique Leoncio Evangelista, 6235 Main St., Niagara Falls, ON, L2G 5A8, registration number 45610 be SUSPENDED commencing February 2, 2007 and ending August 24, 2007.

AND FURTHER the Board ORDERS that a condition requiring the Registrant to obtain counselling for anti social behaviour be placed on the Registration for a period of one year following its reinstatement.
