O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on November 1, 2006, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated July 6, 2006 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated September 29, 2006 to suspend a licence issued to Power Building (Brockville) Ltd. operating as THE PHOENIX, 8 King Street East, Brockville, Ontario, K6V 1A9, licence number 21309;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of December 20, 2006, the Board found that the licensee had breached section 43, subsection 50(c) and subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of January 23, 2007, the Board ordered a EIGHTEEN (18) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Power Building (Brockville) Ltd. operating as THE PHOENIX, 8 King Street East, Brockville, Ontario, K6V 1A9, licence number 21309, be SUSPENDED for EIGHTEEN (18) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on March 4, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on March 22, 2007.
