358 OUELLETTE AVE., WINDSOR, LICENCE NO. 20762
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on February 6, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated December 14, 2006 to suspend a licence and to add a condition to the licence issued to 1646292 Ontario Inc. operating as Lotus Resto Bar-Lounge, 358 Ouellette Ave., Windsor, Ontario, N9A 4J1, licence number 20762;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris, and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Joseph Barile;
AND WHEREAS a date for a hearing on the matter has not yet been scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
