O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on (date) pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15047 dated March 14, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to VC’s Bar & Grill Ltd., operating as VC’s Bar & Grill, 2520 Jane Street, North York, Ontario, M3L 1S1, licence number 24630;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Licensee’s Representative, Ira Greenspoon, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing December 17, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
