O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on December 10, 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15693 dated October 10, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to 1326284 Ontario Ltd., operating as T. J.’S Hanger, 35 Broadway Avenue, Orangeville, Ontario, L9W 1J7, liquor licence number 24479;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Sujin Chan, the Licensee’s Representative, Greg Burd, and Steve and Tony Stevens, principals of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing, at which time video surveillance recordings available for three of the dates in issue were provided to Ms Chan;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing January 3, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
