O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on December 11, 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15493 dated August 29, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to Timezone Bar and Restaurant Inc., operating as Timezone Bar and Restaurant, 3426 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario, M6A 2C2, liquor licence number 24196;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, the Licensee’s Representative, Sanjay Pahuja, and Norberto Agtarap, the principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS Ms. Taylor advised at the pre-hearing that further Notices of Proposal will likely be forthcoming from the Registrar;
AND WHEREAS this NOP is scheduled for a hearing commencing January 21, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
