O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on July 19, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15118 dated April 12, 2007, to suspend licence issued to 1252378 Ontario Inc. operating as SIN, 378/380 Elgin Street, Unit E, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1N1, licence number 202703;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 28, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of November 21, 2007 the Board ordered a FOURTEEN (14) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1252378 Ontario Inc. operating as SIN, 378/380 Elgin Street, Unit E, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1N1, licence number 202703, be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on January 2, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on January 16, 2008.
