O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on December 10, 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15587 dated August 15, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to 1480136 Ontario Ltd., operating as Mana Bar & Lounge, 722 College Street, Basement, Toronto, Ontario, M6G 1C4, liquor licence number 809438;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Sujin Chan, and the Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing January 22, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, and specifically any video surveillance recordings for the dates in issue, such disclosure to be made no later than ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
