A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its decision dated November 19, 2007, the Board, having made findings under subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90, imposed a fifteen (15) day suspension of the liquor licence;

AND WHEREAS the Corporate Licensee, Chunyan Li, sought an amendment of the dates for reasons contained in her letter of November 27, 2007 and Registrar's representative has consented to the proposed amendment;

AND WHEREAS the amended suspension dates are acceptable to the Board;

THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the order dated November 19, 2007 to read as follows:

“…liquor licence issued to 1619311 Ontario Inc., operating as London Dock Bar & Restaurant, 2386 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, M1N 1V2, be SUSPENDED for FIFTEEN (15) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2008, and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on January 20, 2008.”
