O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on November 16, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15633 dated September 10, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1525921Ontario Inc., operating as Hy Lounge, 4909 Yonge Street, Toronto, M2N 5N4, licence number 807709;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Licensee’s Representative, David Winer, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing January 28, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
