O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on November 16, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15648 dated September 12, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1613799 Ontario Inc., operating as Happy’s Bar and Grill, 498 Horner Avenue, Etobicoke, M8W 2B8, licence number 202617;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and Samsul Hassan, the principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing January 3, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
Should the licensee retain a legal representative for the hearing, which is to proceed January 3 and 4, 2008, the licensee is to advise the hearings office forthwith.
