PING XING OPERATING AS GRASSHOPPER BAR (THE),

O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) convened a hearing on November 22, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15492 dated August 2, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Ping Xing, operating as Grasshopper Bar (The), 460 Parliament Street, Basement, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 3A2, liquor licence number 806815;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Sujin Chan, and the licensee, Ping Xing, with assistance from Alice Feng, were present;
AND WHEREAS Ms. Xing requested an adjournment of the hearing due to the unavailability of her representative, which request was not opposed by Ms. Chan;
AND WHEREAS Ms. Chan requested an order for disclosure pursuant to the AGCO Rules of Practice, should an adjournment be granted;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The hearing is adjourned, to be re-scheduled by the Hearings Office as soon as possible and the next hearing date is peremptory on the licensee and her representative;
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
