Regarding the Board’s order dated November 15, 2007, on page 5 paragraph 21, due to a clerical error, the Board misstated the last sentence.

Pursuant to Rule 17.1 of the Board’s Rules of Practice the decision has been corrected to read as follows:

“While the evidence regarding Mr. Denver may be hearsay, the SPPA does allow hearsay evidence before a tribunal such as this one”
