Allegations
- A hearing into a Notice of Proposal number 15489 dated July 31, 2007 to revoke liquor license number 806432 issued to Dorio Bakery Ltd., operating as DORIO BAKERY, 8 – 10 – 12 Bradstock Drive, (North York), Toronto, Ontario, M9M 1M8 on the basis that the licence holder would be disentitled to a licence under section 6 of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA), was held on December 14, 2007 in the City of Toronto.
Preliminary Matters
- Josie Dorio appeared on behalf of the licensee and waived the right to legal representation.
Decision and Order
The Board was advised that the Licensee had remitted all outstanding Retail Sales Tax that morning. The Registrar’s representative informed that Board the Registrar wished to withdraw the Notice of Proposal.
In the circumstances, the Board allows the Registrar’s request. The Notice of Proposal number 15489 dated July 31, 2007 to revoke liquor license number 806432 issued to Dorio Bakery Ltd., operating as DORIO BAKERY, 8 – 10 – 12 Bradstock Drive, (North York), Toronto, Ontario, M9M 1M8, is WITHDRAWN.
