O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing conference on December 10, 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15609 dated August 24, 2007, to suspend and add a condition to a licence issued to Castelo Sports Bar Inc., operating as Castelo Sports Bar Inc., 1468 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M6E 1C6, liquor licence number 804936;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Sujin Chan, and the Licensee's Representative, Randall Barrs, were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing January 14, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
