AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 2144612 ONTARIO LTD., OPERATING OR INTENDING TO OPERATE AS BRAD’S TAKEOUT & EATERY, 325 RONCESVALLES AVENUE, TORONTO ESTABLISHMENT NO. 812978
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on December 14 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15759 dated November 14, 2007, to review an application for a licence for 2144612 Ontario Ltd., operating as Brad’s Takeout & Eatery, 325 Roncesvalles Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M6R 2M6, liquor licence number 812978;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, the principal of the applicant, Brad Krawchuk and his representative Vu Nguyen, and the Representative of the City of Toronto, Ray Kallio, were present at the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS the City of Toronto requested party status in respect of this matter, to which the parties consented;
AND WHEREAS this NOP is scheduled for a hearing commencing January 7, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The City of Toronto is hereby granted party status;
