O R D E R
WHEREAS the Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued Notice of Proposal number 15457 dated August 2, 2007 to review an application for a licence by 6607543 Canada Inc., intending to operate as Backstage Night Club, 137 Besserer Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 6A7, establishment number 802794;
AND WHEREAS the hearing commenced on November 7 and 8, 2007 and will re-commence on January 22, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Representative of the other parties pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the re-commencement date of January 22, 2008;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the re-commencement date of January 22, 2008.
Les Suites Hotel, through its Representative, will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the re-commencement date of January 22, 2008.
