A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its decision dated November 1, 2007, the Board, having made findings under subsection 30.1(1) of the Liquor Licence Act and section 33 of Ontario Regulation 719/90, imposed a fourteen (14) day suspension of the liquor licence;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee, Antonio Ribeiro, sought an amendment of the dates for reasons contained in his letter of November 30, 2007 and Registrar's representative has consented to the proposed amendment;
AND WHEREAS the amended suspension dates are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the order dated November 1, 2007 to read as follows:
“…liquor licence issued to Antonio Ribeiro and Maria De Lourdes Gorjao operating as A Caravela Restaurant, 1516 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6K 1T5, licence number 801988, be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. at 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 2008, and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on January 31, 2008.”
