O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario convened a hearing on October 4, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15636 dated September 7, 2007 and Supplementary Notice of Proposal number 15668 dated September 24, 2007 to revoke a liquor licence and an Order dated September 7, 2007 to immediately suspend a liquor licence issued to Kenricia Properties Inc. operating as KENRICIA HOTEL, 155 Main Street South, Kenora, Ontario, P9N 1T1, licence number 10300;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor and Fadel Chidiac and Martin Leger, the officers, directors and shareholders of the Licensee, were present at the hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled to reconvene on October 22, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through Mr. Leger, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made before 5:00 p.m. on October 17, 2007;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., by 5:00 p.m. on October 17, 2007.
