O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on October 12, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15596 dated August 16, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1160595 Ontario Limited operating as Joe Buttinsky’s Bar & Grill, 103 King Street East, Hamilton, Ontario, L8N 1A9, licence number 23216;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Ivan Marini, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing December 18, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made twenty one (21) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
