GOLDEN RING BAR AND GRILL, 326 PARLIAMENT ST., TORONTO LICENCE NO. 23860
AMENDING ORDER
WHEREAS the Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) issued Notice of Proposal number 15708 dated October 18, 2007 and an Interim Suspension Order dated October 18, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to 352085 Ontario Limited operating as Golden Ring Bar and Grill, 326 Parliament Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 2Z7, licence number 23860;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, requested an Order of Disclosure be issued in a letter dated October 24, 2007, and copied to Barry Fox, Licensee’s Representative;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing October 30, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made by 5:00 p.m., October 29, 2007;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., by 5:00 p.m., October 29, 2007.
