AMENDING ORDER
WHEREAS a hearing of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario was held in Windsor on September 18, 2007 regarding Notice of Proposal number 15331 dated June 4, 2007 to review an Application for a Licence made by 1710658 Ontario Inc. operating or intending to operate as ESCAPE CAFÉ ON THE RIVER 1521 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario, N9B 1A4, establishment number 202849;
AND WHEREAS the Board issued its decision approving the Application and attaching certain conditions to the Licence on October 17, 2007.
AND WHEREAS at paragraph 26 that decision the Board ordered, inter alia:
the serving of alcohol cease at 11 p.m. on Monday through Thursday nights and at 11:59 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, and that all signs of service of alcohol be removed by 45 minutes thereafter;
AND WHEREAS the Board’s order failed to address hours of service on Sunday;
THEREFORE pursuant to Rule 17.1 of the AGCO Rules of Practice, the Board hereby AMENDS paragraph 26 of its decision dated October 17, 2007 to read as follows:
the serving of alcohol cease at 11 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday nights and at 11:59 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, and that all signs of service of alcohol be removed by 45 minutes thereafter;
