O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing conference on October 22, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15490 dated August 2, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1681006 Ontario Inc., operating as Embassy Nightclub, 117 Peter Street, Basement, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2G9, licence number 806726;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Sujin Chan, and the Licensee's Representative, Adam Vassos, were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing January 10, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made as soon as possible in order to facilitate possible resolution of the matter and in any event, no later than ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
