1222368 ONTARIO LTD. OPERATING AS THE BOW AND ARROW PUB (THE), 1954 YONGE STREET, TORONTO LICENCE NO. 23776
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on October 22, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15595 dated August 22, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1222368 Ontario Ltd., operating as Bow and Arrow Pub (The), 1954 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4S 1Z4, licence number 23776;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Sujin Chan, and the Licensee’s Representative, Karen Zvulony, were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing January 18, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
