Allegations
- A hearing into a Notice of Proposal number 15699 dated October 12, 2007 to revoke a licence and an Order dated October 12, 2007 to immediately suspend a liquor licence on an interim basis pending the hearing, to liquor licence number 802333 issued to 1210733 Ontario Inc. (the "Licensee") operating as UP & DOWN BAR LOUNGE, 270 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1X6, on the basis of alleged violation of subsection 6(2)(d) of the Liquor Licence Act ("LLA") and subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 ("O.Reg") made pursuant to the LLA, was held on October 24, 2007 in the City of Toronto.
Order
The adjournment requested by the representatives of the parties is GRANTED sine die on consent. The matter is to be brought back on promptly after final disposition of the criminal charges against the Licensee.
The Board accepts the WITHDRAWAL of the interim suspension by the Registrar dated October 12, 2007.
