O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on September 27, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15464 dated July 23, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Peter Thomas Bunton operating as Temple Bar, 146 Christina Street North, Sarnia, Ontario, N7T 5T9, licence number 202004;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee, Peter Thomas Bunton, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing December 11, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence and specifically witness statements, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
