A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its decision dated August 27, 2007 the Board found the Licensee breached subsections 34(1) and 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 and imposed a ten day suspension of the liquor licence to commence at 11:00 a.m. on October 16, 2007 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on October 26, 2007;
AND WHEREAS Licensee’s representative sought an amendment of the dates for reasons contained in his letter of October 3, 2007 and Registrar's representative has consented to the proposed amendment;
AND WHEREAS the amended suspension dates are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board AMENDS paragraph 4 of the Board’s decision dated August 27, 2007 to read as follows:
Therefore, having considered the Joint Submission on Disposition, the Board confirms its oral order that the liquor licence issued to Thirty-Three & A Third Inc. and operating as SWIMMING POOL (THE), 3200 Dufferin Street, Unit 21B, North York, Ontario, M6A 2T3, licence number 801341, be suspended for TEN (10) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on October 23, 2007 and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on November 2, 2007.
