O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on September 27, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15491 dated August 2, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1325211 Ontario Inc., operating as Stampede Corral Restaurant, 248 Stirling Avenue South, Units 1 – 6, Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 4L1, licence number 100054;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Harald Mattson, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing November 27, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence and specifically witness statements, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
