O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on October 16, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15629 dated September 10, 2007, to review an application for a licence for 1733349 Ontario Inc., operating as Spice Route Restaurant, formerly known as Touch Lounge & Dining, 499 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1K4, licence number 811139;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, the Representative of the City of Toronto, Jessica Braun, and the Representative of the King-Spadina Residents Association, Wayne Scott, were present and participated in the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS the City of Toronto requested party status in respect of this matter;
AND WHEREAS the King-Spadina Residents Association requested party status in respect of this matter;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing October 23, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The City of Toronto is hereby granted party status;
The King-Spadina Residents Association is hereby granted party status;
