O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing teleconference on July 9, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated May 14, 2007 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated June 4, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Carleton University Students Association Inc. operating as Olivers Pub And Patio, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Unicentre, 4^th^ Floor, Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 5B6;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Phillip Morris and the Corporate Licensee's Representative, Christopher Morris, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made fifteen (15) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., fifteen (15) days before the hearing date.
