AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF
4840985 MANITOBA LTD., OPERATING AS WINSTON MOTOR HOTEL 31 KOVAL STREET SOUTH PICKLE LAKE LICENCE NUMBER 11167
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on June 21, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 14869 dated January 23, 2007 and a Supplementary NOP dated May 7, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 4840985 Manitoba Ltd. operating as WINSTON MOTOR HOTEL, 31 Koval Street South, Township of Pickle Lake, Pickle Lake, Ontario, POV 3AO, licence number 11167;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 30, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 29 of the Liquor Licence Act and subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 7, 2007 the Board ordered a TWENTY-EIGHT (28) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 4840985 Manitoba Ltd. operating as WINSTON MOTOR HOTEL, 31 Koval Street South, Township of Pickle Lake, Pickle Lake, Ontario, POV 3AO, licence number 11167, be SUSPENDED for TWENTY-EIGHT (28) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on, September 23, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on October 21, 2007.
