O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on June 14,2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 6, 2007 to suspend licence issued to 501250 Ontario Inc. operating as WALLY’S ROADHOUSE, 2532-2536 Innes Road, Gloucester, Ontario, K1B 4C5, licence number 20092;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 27, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 28, 2007 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 501250 Ontario Inc. operating as WALLY’S ROADHOUSE, 2532-2536 Innes Road, Gloucester, Ontario, K1B 4C5, licence number 20092, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on October 1, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on October 8, 2007.
