O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on May 23, 2006, November 7, 2006 and March 15, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 24, 2005 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated May 31, 2005 to suspend a licence issued to 123963 Ontario Limited operating as SIN CITY BAR & EATERY, 295 George Street North, Peterborough, Ontario, K9J 3H3 licence number 92310;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of June 11, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 27, 2007 the Board ordered a TEN (10) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 123963 Ontario Limited operating as SIN CITY BAR & EATERY, 295 George Street North, Peterborough, Ontario, K9J 3H3 licence number 92310, be SUSPENDED for TEN (10) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on November 11, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on November 21, 2007.
